* Returns sent directly to us: We partner with Blue Dart couriers for pickups. Do not send returns directly to us, as they will be returned back.

3. Schedule pickup: If approved, we'll arrange a Blue Dart pickup at your convenience.
4. Product verification: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3 days. If everything's in order, your replacement will be processed.
5. Replacement or refund: Approved replacements will ship within 48 hours. If out of stock, we'll offer alternative options or a full refund within 7-10 business days.
* We cover pickup costs for approved returns.
* Replacement products must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and have original tags and packaging.
* Exchanges for different products are not allowed.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In rare cases, we may request bank transfer details for alternative processing.
